Mrs Ayinde earned her first degree as an Educationist in 1983, and later bagged a master’s degree in Public Administration in 1994. She holds the Basic & Advanced Certificates in Leadership from Daystar Leadership Academy, as well as Basic & Advanced Certificates in Marriage Mentorship from TIMFA – USA. She also has a Certificate in Emotional Intelligence from Emotions City Academy.
Mrs. Rhoda Ayinde is a seasoned Administrator with over 35 years’ experience in Human Resources, Pensions Administration, and Capacity building in Lagos State Public Service where she retired as a Permanent Secretary in January 2020. She is a certified Family Life Coach with over a decade experience in pre-marital, post marital counseling, Infidelity recovery and relationship management. She believes that it’s peaceful families that can birth the beautiful future of any Nation. She is an apostle of transformational leadership which is evident in her performance in all spheres of her operation.
She is a member of a number of professional bodies including Institute of Directors, Nigerian Institute Of Training and Development (NITAD) , and Committee For Women Empowerment of International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (Africa & Asia). Rhoda Ayinde is an outstanding leader, a moral crusader who is passionate about the promotion of values and raising children in the mother tongue. Her love for children and and youths is driven by her desire for a greater Nigeria with healthy and vision-oriented youths. She is happily married to her friend of over 4 decades, Town Planner Olutoyin Ayinde. They are blessed with wonderful children and amazing grandchildren.
